Discover pre-loved pieces with value and character, right here in Toronto and the GTA. Buy through Déjà Décor, then let us help coordinate the move to your home.

Here’s how it works:

1. Find your future favourite

Explore the photos, measurements and condition notes. A little honest wear can be part of a piece’s story—so check the details, including any disclosed repairs, and measure your space and access route.

Missing a detail? Ask before you buy.

2. See the total. Make it yours.

Your total includes the item, delivery and applicable taxes, shown before you pay. Check out through Déjà Décor with protected payments. The seller is paid after delivery is confirmed.

3. We coordinate. You get ready.

After your purchase, 49Van emails you a link to book delivery. Déjà Décor contacts the seller to arrange and confirm pickup, using the seller’s availability and 49Van’s availability.

You’ll receive an SMS before delivery. Delivery appointments are booked after purchase.

4. Real people. Careful handling.

Déjà Décor reviews listings. At pickup, 49Van physically inspects the item and takes photos; photos are also taken at delivery.

49Van delivers into your chosen room where access is safe and the item fits. Crew size and protective wrapping depend on the job and item.

5. Take a look. Welcome it home.

Check your find against the listing when it arrives, including its disclosed condition. Once you accept the item and delivery is confirmed, the seller’s payout follows.

A few things before the happy dance

Make room for the good stuff.
Measure doorways, stairs, elevators and the space where your piece will live. Share accurate access details before paying so the delivery quote includes your stairs and elevator requirements.

Delivery comes with the journey.
We currently serve Toronto and the GTA. Professional delivery into a chosen room is the available service, subject to safe access and fit. Buyer self-pickup and curbside delivery are not available.

A question after delivery?
Contact us about an undisclosed problem you couldn’t reasonably spot on arrival. We review these concerns case by case; your applicable rights are unchanged. Our FAQ explains more.
