We built Déjà Décor to make furniture resale safer, clearer, and less awkward. That means no public addresses, no random meetups, no buyer pickups, and no selling your personal information. Ever.
We collect only what we need to run the marketplace, coordinate listings, manage orders, support delivery, protect users, and improve the Déjà Décor experience.

- coordinate pickup and delivery;

We do not collect personal information just because we can. We collect it because the sofa, table, chair, or dresser needs a safe second act.
3. How Déjà Décor protects seller privacy
Déjà Décor is privacy-first by design.
Seller addresses are not shown publicly. Buyers do not receive the seller’s address. Seller location information is used only as needed to coordinate pickup and delivery.
When an order is confirmed, limited pickup or delivery information may be shared with Déjà Décor’s delivery partner, such as 49van or an equivalent professional delivery partner, so the item can be collected and delivered safely.
In plain English:
sell the piece, not your privacy.
4. Who we share information with
We may share limited personal information with trusted service providers who help us operate Déjà Décor.
This may include:
- Shopify, for website, store, checkout, and customer account functions;
- marketplace, vendor, or listing-management tools;
- payment and payout providers;
- delivery partners, including 49van or equivalent professional delivery partners;

We share only what is needed for the service to work.
We do not sell your personal information.

We do not store full payment card details on our own systems. Payment information is handled by payment processors according to their own security and privacy practices.
